126 Offences—identification numbers

(1) A person may display, on a vessel, an identification number issued by the Authority for a bareboat operation only if: (a) the person is the holder of a permission for a bareboat operation, being a permission that is not suspended; and (b) the vessel is of a kind that the permission allows to be used for the operation; and (c) the conditions to which the permission is subject require the person to display the identification number on a vessel being operated under the permission.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2) An offence against subregulation (1) is an offence of strict liability.
