I, WILLIAM PATRICK DEANE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Act 1975.

  These Regulations are the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park (Prohibition of Drilling for Petroleum) Repeal Regulations 1999.

  These Regulations commence on gazettal.

3 Great Barrier Reef Marine Park (Prohibition of Drilling for Petroleum) Regulations — repeal

  The following statutory rules are repealed:

• 1983 Nos. 148 and 232.
