#### 61AMC Varying or revoking certificate (1) The CEO may vary a certificate under section 61AMA as long as the variation is of a minor nature. (2) If a certificate is varied, the CEO must give the person concerned a written notice setting out the terms of the variation. (3) The CEO may revoke a certificate under section 61AMA. (4) If a certificate is revoked, the CEO must give the person concerned a written notice stating that the certificate has been revoked.
