#### 61AEB Failure to comply with direction: offence (1) A person commits an offence if: (a) a direction under subsection 61AEA(2) applies to the person; and (b) the person fails to comply with the direction. Penalty: 500 penalty units. (2) Absolute liability applies to paragraph (1)(a). > Note: For absolute liability, see section 6.2 of the Criminal Code. (3) The fault element for paragraph (1)(b) is negligence. > Note: For negligence, see section 5.5 of the Criminal Code.
