#### 59G Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal (1) In this section: > decision has the same meaning as in the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024. (2) Subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, application may be made to the ART by a person whose interests are affected by a decision made under section 59F for review of the decision. (3) Where the Minister makes a decision under section 59F, a notice must be given to the applicant for an exemption containing: (a) the terms of the decision; and (b) a statement to the effect that, subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, application may be made to the ART for review of the decision. (4) A notice under subsection (3), must be given within 28 days of the Minister making a decision. (5) Failure to include in a notice under subsection (3) a statement of the kind mentioned in paragraph (3)(b) does not affect the validity of the Minister’s decision.
