#### 39M Review of decisions by ART
(1) Applications may be made to the ART for review of decisions of the Authority that have been confirmed, revoked or varied under subsection 39L(3).
(3) If a request is made under subsection 39L(1) in respect of a decision made under subsection 39G(2), section 32 of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024 applies as if the making of the request were the making of an application to the ART for a review of that decision.
