Grape Research Levy Regulations

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and pursuant to section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, after taking into consideration, pursuant to sub-section 10 (2) of the Grape Research Levy Act 1986, any relevant recommendation made to the Minister of State for Primary Industry by the organisations in respect of which a declaration is in force under sub-section 5 (3) of the Rural Industries Research Act 1985 in relation to leviable goods within the meaning of the Grape Research Levy Act 1986, hereby make the following Regulations under the Grape Research Levy Act 1986.

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Grape Research Levy Regulations.
