sec.66 Continuation of by-laws
This section applies to a by-law made by a board under the repealed Act, section 15A. On the commencement, the by-law continues in effect as a by-law made under section 13 until the earlier of the following— the day the board replaces the by-law with a new by-law made under section 13; the day that is 12 months after the commencement. (sec.66-ssec.1) This section applies to a by-law made by a board under the repealed Act, section 15A. (sec.66-ssec.2) On the commencement, the by-law continues in effect as a by-law made under section 13 until the earlier of the following— the day the board replaces the by-law with a new by-law made under section 13; the day that is 12 months after the commencement.
