sec.48 Direction by Minister
The administrator is subject to the Minister’s direction in exercising the administrator’s powers and performing the administrator’s functions. The administrator must give the board a copy of each direction received from the Minister. The board must include the details of each direction given to the administrator during a financial year in the board’s annual report for the year under the Financial Accountability Act 2009 .
