sec.45 Replacement of administrator
If the appointment ends under section 44 , the Minister may appoint someone else as administrator of the board. This division, other than section 39 , applies to the appointment. (sec.45-ssec.1) If the appointment ends under section 44 , the Minister may appoint someone else as administrator of the board.
