sec.43 Variation of appointment
The Minister may, by gazette notice, vary the appointment by extending or shortening the term of the appointment or amending the conditions of the appointment. Before varying the appointment, the Minister must— give the board a written notice of the proposed variation; and take reasonable steps to notify the interested parents about the proposed variation. (sec.43-ssec.1) The Minister may, by gazette notice, vary the appointment by extending or shortening the term of the appointment or amending the conditions of the appointment.
