sec.38 Basis for appointment
The Minister may make the appointment only if— the board asks the Minister to make the appointment; or the board is given a show cause notice under the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017 , section 67 ; or the Minister reasonably believes the school is no longer financially viable or is in danger of becoming financially non-viable. s 38 amd 2017 No. 24 s 242
- (a) the board asks the Minister to make the appointment; or
- (b) the board is given a show cause notice under the Education (Accreditation of Non-State Schools) Act 2017 , section 67 ; or
- (c) the Minister reasonably believes the school is no longer financially viable or is in danger of becoming financially non-viable.
