sec.32 Validity of decisions
A decision of a board is not invalidated only because— there is a vacancy in the membership of the board; or there is a defect or irregularity in the appointment of a member of the board.
- (a) there is a vacancy in the membership of the board; or
- (b) there is a defect or irregularity in the appointment of a member of the board.
