9 Application to court for return of seized spray paint can
(1) A person from whom a spray paint can was seized may apply to a court to have the spray paint can returned.
(2) The court may order that the seized spray paint can be returned to the person if the court is satisfied the person had the spray paint can in the person’s possession for a lawful purpose.
