#### 9C Community clean up work—meaning 9C Community clean up work—meaning > > (1) In this Part, community clean up work means any community service work under the [Children (Community Service Orders) Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-056) or the [Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Act 1999](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1999-093) that is approved by the relevant Minister as community clean up work for the purposes of this Act. > > > (2) The relevant Minister is— > > > > > (a) in the case of a community clean up order made in respect of a child offender, the Minister administering the [Children (Community Service Orders) Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-056), or > > > > > (b) in the case of a community clean up order made in respect of an adult offender, the Minister administering the [Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Act 1999](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1999-093). > > **ss 9C–9F:** Ins 2009 No 94, Sch 1 \[7\].
