#### 16 Delegation by the Finance Secretary (1) The Finance Secretary may delegate, in writing, all or any of the Finance Secretary’s powers under this Act to an SES employee or acting SES employee in the Finance Department. (2) In exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the Finance Secretary.
