#### 44 Delegation 44 Delegation > > (1) The Minister may delegate the exercise of any function of the Minister under this Act (other than this power of delegation) to— > > > > > (a) the Authority, or > > > > > (b) any member of staff of the Authority, or > > > > > (c) any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section by the regulations. > > > (2) Despite subsection (1), the Minister cannot delegate functions of the Minister under sections 8, 21 (3) and 28 (1). > > > (3) The Authority may delegate the exercise of any function of the Authority under this Act (other than this power of delegation) to— > > > > > (a) any member of staff of the Authority, or > > > > > (b) any person, or any class of persons, authorised for the purposes of this section by the regulations.
