#### 41 Personal liability 41 Personal liability > > (1) A matter or thing done or omitted to be done by the Managing Director, a member of the Advisory Board or a person acting under the direction of the Authority, the Managing Director, the Advisory Board or a member of the Advisory Board does not, if the matter or thing was done or omitted to be done in good faith for the purpose of exercising a function under this Act, subject the Managing Director, the member of the Advisory Board or person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand. > > > (2) However, the liability attaches instead to the Crown.
