#### 33 Existing interests in transferred infrastructure 33 Existing interests in transferred infrastructure > > (1) If infrastructure of a telecommunications network is transferred to the Authority under this Division, any charge or other interest in the infrastructure existing immediately before the transfer is, subject to the transfer order, extinguished. > > > (2) Compensation is payable by the Authority to a person (other than a government sector agency) who had a charge or other interest in the infrastructure and who suffers any loss as a result of the extinguishing of the charge or interest. > > > (3) If a government sector agency has an interest in infrastructure (other than infrastructure owned by the agency) that is subject to a transfer order, the interest is transferred to the Authority.
