#### 32 Compensation for infrastructure subject to transfer order 32 Compensation for infrastructure subject to transfer order > > (1) Compensation is not payable to a government sector agency for any infrastructure of a telecommunications network of the agency that is transferred to the Authority under this Division. > > > (2) For the purposes of the financial accounts of the government sector agency and the audit of the accounts, any rights that the agency retains under section 31 may be treated by the agency as a non-capital asset equal in value to the value from time to time of the infrastructure transferred to the Authority. The valuation of the infrastructure is taken to have been made in accordance with current accounting standards and practices.
