#### 31 Right of government sector agencies to use infrastructure 31 Right of government sector agencies to use infrastructure > If a transfer order is made in relation to the infrastructure of a government sector agency, the agency retains the right to use that infrastructure as part of an alternative telecommunications network, but only if— > > > (a) the transfer order provides for that use, or > > > (b) the Authority or the Minister approves that use. > > Note— > > Section 16 requires government sector agencies to use the Government telecommunications network, rather than the agency’s own telecommunications network, for operational communications.
