#### 21 Authority may charge for use of Government telecommunications network 21 Authority may charge for use of Government telecommunications network > > (1) Government sector agencies that use the Government telecommunications network are required to pay to the Authority the charges determined by the Authority. > > > (2) The Authority must prepare and publish, in a manner approved by the Minister, a document outlining the basis on which the Authority will determine charges payable under this section. > > > (3) The charges must not exceed the maximum charges fixed by the Minister with the approval of the Treasurer.
