#### 17 Existing fund manager approvals 17 Existing fund manager approvals > An approval of the Treasurer in force under section 25 of the [Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987](/view/html/repealed/current/act-1987-033) given to an authority under that Act that becomes a GSF agency to engage an approved funds manager (other than the New South Wales Treasury Corporation) continues in force as a funds manager approval under this Act.
