#### 16 Existing banking agreement 16 Existing banking agreement > Any agreement in force under section 15 (Agreement with bank, building society or credit union) of the [Public Finance and Audit Act 1983](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1983-152) is taken to be a State financial service agreement for the purposes of this Act until the agreement ends.
