#### 22 Allowance for secondments 22 Allowance for secondments > A Public Service employee who is seconded under section 64 of the Act to another Public Service agency is entitled to be paid an allowance at the same rate as the employee would be entitled under clause 20 or 21 had the secondment been a temporary assignment for which an allowance is payable under those clauses.
