#### 16 Extended leave entitlements 16 Extended leave entitlements > Schedule 1 applies to Public Service employees other than persons employed in casual employment. This clause is subject to Schedule 4 to the Act. > > Note. > > Under transitional provisions in clause 9 of Schedule 4 to the GSE Act, Schedule 1 to this Regulation does not apply to certain groups of staff to whom the general Public Service extended leave entitlements did not apply under the former Act.
