(cf rule 18 GSE (General) Rules 2014)
(1) For the purposes of these Rules, a suitability assessment is the process of assessing an individual against the pre-established standards for a role (and not against other persons).
(2) The process is to include the following:
(a) screening for essential requirements such as a qualification or licence,
(b) reviewing a resume,
(c) at least 2 capability-based assessments, one of which is an interview,
(d) referee checks against the pre-established standards for the role.
