The Commissioner is to ensure that information relating to workforce diversity within the NSW Police Force is collected and is able to be provided to the Public Service Commissioner if required to do so under section 16 of the GSE Act.
Note—
Under section 16 of the GSE Act, the Public Service Commissioner may require the head of a government sector agency to provide reports and information relating to workforce diversity in the agency.
