#### 42 Report on termination of employment of Public Service senior executives 42 Report on termination of employment of Public Service senior executives > > (1) If the employment of a Public Service senior executive is terminated by the executive’s employer under section 41 of the Act, the employer is, as soon as practicable after terminating the executive’s employment, to provide a written report to the Commissioner on the termination. > > > (2) The report is to be signed by the agency head and include the following— > > > > > (a) a summary of the process taken by the employer in terminating the employment, > > > > > (b) the reasons for terminating the employment. > > > (3) For the purposes of this rule, the employer of a Public Service senior executive does not include a Minister.
