#### 65 Cross-agency employment 65 Cross-agency employment > > (1) A person may be employed in 2 or more government sector agencies (whether those agencies are Public Service agencies, other agencies or a combination of Public Service agencies and other agencies). > > > (2) If the person is employed in 2 or more government sector agencies, the heads of those agencies may determine that the person is to be regarded as employed in one of those agencies for the purposes of all or any conditions of employment of the person (including for the purposes of provisions of or made under this Act or any other Act relating to the employment of the person).
