##### 94. Prosecutions Proceedings for an offence against this Act may be instituted by a member of the Police Force or on behalf of the Authority by an employee of the Authority authorised in writing by it to institute the proceedings on its behalf. [Section 94 inserted: No. 31 of 2003 s. 135.]
