Authority etc. may remove danger etc. caused by breach of Act or by‑law When the breach of any provision of this Act or of any by‑law is attended with any danger or annoyance to the public or any person, any officer or servant of the Department or Authority may summarily interfere to obviate or remove such danger or annoyance, or the person causing the same, without prejudice to any proceeding against the offender for any penalty to which he may be liable.
