Authorisation of construction of government railway on Crown land, effect of on the land If all or part of a government railway is authorised to be constructed on Crown land, the land is to be regarded as if it had, at that time — (a) been reserved under the *Land Administration Act 1997* section 41 for the purposes of performing the Authority’s functions under the *Public Transport Authority Act 2003* or this Act; and (b) under the *Land Administration Act 1997* section 46, been placed under the care, control, and management of the Authority for those purposes.
