Plaintiff in action for personal injuries to submit to medical examination No action shall lie or be brought or continued against the Authority in respect of any injury to the person, unless the person injured submits himself to examination by a medical practitioner or medical practitioners appointed by the Authority, at all such reasonable times as the Authority may require.
