Legal proceedings relating to railway, Authority may bring etc. All actions, suits, claims, and demands of the Crown relating to any railway, or arising from the management, maintenance, or control thereof, may be brought, maintained, and enforced by and in the name of the Authority in any court of competent jurisdiction.
