Proceeds of sale under s. 31 or 32, application of The proceeds of any sale under either of the preceding sections shall be applied first in paying the said charges and the expenses of such sale (including all charges and expenses incurred in or about the storage, warehousing, and handling of the goods or otherwise however), and the balance if any, shall be paid over to the person entitled thereto upon his establishing his claim within 3 months after such sale; but unless such claim is so established, the amount shall be credited to the account referred to in the *Public Transport Authority Act 2003* section 32.
