Property in things on Crown land that is part of government railway Anything that is on Crown land that is part of a government railway — (a) is not a part of the land, regardless of whether it is of the nature of a fixture; and (b) is capable of being assigned separately from the land; and (c) is capable of being removed from the land by, or with the authority of, the owner of that thing.
