6 Meaning of Territory entity (1) In this Act: Territory entity means— (a) a directorate; or (b) the Office of the Legislative Assembly; or (c) an officer of the Assembly; or (d) a territory authority or any other entity prescribed by regulation. (2) However, Territory entity does not include an entity prescribed by regulation not to be a Territory entity.
