22X Ministerial directions to registrar (1) The Minister may give written directions to the registrar in relation to the exercise of the registrar’s functions. (2) The registrar must comply with a direction given under subsection (1). (3) The Minister must present a copy of any direction to the Legislative Assembly within 5 sitting days after the day the direction is given to the registrar.
