sec.4 Definitions for part

In this part— exclusion schedule see section 11 (4) . relevant departments means the departments of government administered by the shareholding Ministers for Stanwell. transfer date means— for the transfer schedule prepared by the relevant departments under section 11 (1) —9 May 2019; or for any other transfer schedule—the date fixed for the schedule under section 12 . transfer schedule see section 11 (1) and (2) .

• (a) for the transfer schedule prepared by the relevant departments under section 11 (1) —9 May 2019; or
• (b) for any other transfer schedule—the date fixed for the schedule under section 12 .
