#### 92A Required period for review 92A Required period for review > > (1) The Information Commissioner must complete the review, and make any recommendations to the agency, within 40 working days (the review period) after the Information Commissioner receives all information the Information Commissioner considers necessary to complete the review. > > > (2) The review period may be extended by the Information Commissioner on agreement with the applicant for review.
