#### 114 Protection in respect of certain criminal actions 114 Protection in respect of certain criminal actions > If government information is disclosed pursuant to a decision under this Act, and the person by whom the decision is made believes in good faith, when making the decision, that this Act permits or requires the decision to be made, neither the person by whom the decision is made nor any other person concerned in disclosing the information is guilty of an offence merely because of the making of the decision or the disclosing of information.
