37 Exemption from State tax
State tax is not payable in respect of a Part 4 transfer notice or any other document prepared in relation to, or for the purposes of, the transfer of the business of a prescribed Government Business Enterprise or a relevant prescribed Government Business Enterprise under section 35(1) .
