13 Exemption from State tax
(1) The Treasurer may determine that State tax is not payable in respect of any document prepared in relation to, or for the purposes of, the sale of the business of a prescribed Government Business Enterprise under section 7(1) or the sale or grant of a right under section 7(2) .
(2) A determination is to be made by certificate provided to the person who would otherwise be required to pay the State tax.
