62 Costing basis for community service obligation
(1) [Section 62 Subsection (1) amended by No. 42 of 2002, Sched. 1, Applied:27 Nov 2002] The Treasurer and the Portfolio Minister must jointly agree a costing basis for a community service obligation after consulting with the Government Business Enterprise.
(2) [Section 62 Subsection (2) substituted by No. 42 of 2002, s. 35, Applied:27 Nov 2002] The costing basis must be in accordance with the Treasurer's Instructions and is to be provided to the Government Business Enterprise.
