13A Duty to notify Treasurer and Portfolio Minister of compliance with Ministerial directions

[Section 13A Inserted by No. 18 of 2025, s. 16, Applied:01 Jan 2026] If a Board or a subsidiary board is given a direction under section 9A in respect of a Government Business Enterprise or a subsidiary, the relevant board must notify the Treasurer and Portfolio Minister, in writing, of the progress of the Government Business Enterprise, or subsidiary, in complying with the direction –

(a) at the intervals specified in the direction; and

(b) when, in the opinion of the relevant board, the Government Business Enterprise or subsidiary has complied with the direction in full.
