113 Recovery of payments
(1) [Section 113 Subsection (1) amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] If the whole or any part of any amount payable into the Public Account by a Government Business Enterprise or subsidiary under this Act is due and unpaid, that amount may be recovered as a debt due to the Crown in a court of competent jurisdiction.
(2) An amount referred to in subsection (1) is recoverable from the assets of the Government Business Enterprise or subsidiary.
(3) If an amount referred to in subsection (1) is due from and unpaid by a Government Business Enterprise or its subsidiary, the Government Business Enterprise and all its subsidiaries are jointly and severally liable for the debt.
