107A Application of Corporations Act
[Section 107A Inserted by No. 18 of 2025, s. 21, Applied:01 Jan 2026] To the extent that a provision of this Act is incapable of concurrent operation with the Corporations Act, that provision is declared to be a Corporations legislation displacement provision for the purposes of section 5G of the Corporations Act.
