DIVISION 23—APPLICABLE LAW 23.1 This Indenture shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law for the time being applicable in the State of South Australia and the parties to this Indenture consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the State and to all Courts having jurisdiction and being competent to hear appeals therefrom.
