DIVISION 11—HERITAGE 11.1 The Joint Venturers shall ensure that all proper steps are taken to ensure that heritage items of identified State significance within the Development Area, namely, the principal buildings of the properties known as Surrey Farm, Ladywood Farm and Petworth Farm, are maintained and reserved for ultimate community use.
